Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kelal Gateway Events PLC platform ("Service") operated by Kelal Gateway Events PLC ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Access & Registration

No registration is required to browse the app, view events, or explore content.

Registration is required to: purchase event tickets or complete paid transactions; access the Settings page, profile, or account-specific features; or access the Organizer Dashboard or any event-management features.

If you wish to create or manage events as an Event Organizer, you must additionally register as an Event Organizer through the app. Organizer registration is separate from general user registration.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Currency, Wallets & Event Organizer Funds

Kelal Gateway Events PLC uses Ethiopian Birr (ETB) for all in-app transactions (e.g. ticket purchases, event revenue).

3.1 Wallets — Event Organizers Only

Only Event Organizers have in-app wallets. General members do not hold wallets. Organizer wallets are used solely for funds received from ticket sales. Organizers may withdraw those funds through the app according to our withdrawal process and applicable law.

4. User Accounts & Security

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, maintain and update your account information, keep your password secure and confidential, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Ticket Purchases & Payments

Ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy and applicable laws. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Kelal Gateway Events PLC is not liable for event changes or cancellations by organizers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kelal Gateway Events PLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kelal Gateway Events PLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
